Come join our pilates walking retreat for a guided weekend of Pilates and hiking in the Lake District fells. A healthy retreat with fresh air, exercise, vegetarian wholesome food, and lots of peace and calm to nourish the soul. hiking holidays,
The weekend is open to all, and even if you have not done a Pilates class before, full instruction will be given. The classes will be tailored to the group and therefore you won’t feel ‘out of your depth’ if this is a new experience to you. firstly secondly
The walking requires people to have a certain level of fitness. But this can be achieved prior to coming on the retreat.

What’s included:
- Accommodation – Bunk barn style (see pics or here) with toilet and shower facilities
- Full Board – Breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal
- Drinks – *1 glass wine or bottle beer included with evening meal
- Qualified mountain guide for the weekend hikes
- Pilates classes – for all abilities, mats provided
at last for instance
