Outdoor Activity Gift Vouchers
Our Outdoor activity gift vouchers are a perfect gift to give someone any time of year. This could be someone who is already into the outdoors and wants to do something a little more adventurous. Likewise they can also be purchased for a novice wanting something different to do.
Our Outdoor activity gift vouchers make a great present for birthdays, and Christmas gifts.
Below you can find answers to some of the most common questions regarding our Outdoor activity gift vouchers.
How much do they cost?
We offer half day, and full day gift vouchers. These range in price for your chosen activity/s. It also depends on how many people will be taking part. Usually the more people the lower the price. But as an example a half-day taster Rock Climbing session would cost £110.
Is there an expiry date?
The gift vouchers need to be redeemed within twelve months, from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to get in touch and arrange a date that is suitable for you the client, and us the provider to run the day.
Can I do 2 activities in a day?
Yes. In fact this is something Rock n Ridge offers a lot. Your gift vouchers can incorporate two activities. So a half-day Canoeing say with a half day of Ghyll Scrambling for example.
This depends on your chosen activity/s. All our Outdoor activity gift vouchers include the Guide and equipment.
Can I swap an activity?
Yes. If you book one of our gift vouchers, and then later want to change the activity you can do so. If there is an extra charge for the ‘new’ activity then this will be settled before the activity takes place.
What about Covid?
We follow the current Government guidelines, and if we go in lockdown then your activity will be ‘banked. Therefore your chosen activity will be saved and arranged for when restrictions allow.
”We bought a gift voucher for my sons birthday who wanted to go Rock climbing for the day. We had an amazing time with Rock n Ridge in Langdale the Lake District. We learnt a heap of things and the day was mellow, relaxed but was perfectly paced for what we wanted to achieve. Thank you.
Here at Rock n Ridge we are big advocates for Mountains For the Mind. They and we believe, that ‘getting out there’ is extremely beneficial for mental health and well being. Take a look, it’s free to join and are ever grateful for your support. Mountains For the Mind
