Hill walking is a great way to get fit and active, and can be done with very little, or no experience. It’s not just about putting one foot in front of the other. We will show you the tips and tricks used to make things easier whilst walking, uphill, downhill and on steeper terrain. Our guided walks will help you achieve your goal, and provide you with enthusiasm and knowledge to be able to get out there on your own.
Walking to Scrambling
The progression from Hill Walking generally, but not always, then leads onto Scrambling. Scrambling is an awesome activity that involves very little equipment and we also teach the skills required to do this. therefore it is better to get the correct training before attempting, as this will fast track you in the mountain environment. Our Scrambling page here, will give you some further information.
